Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has shipped.

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $70! (Applied automatically at checkout).

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international countries via USPS and DHL Express.

Shipping rates for international orders are calculated live at checkout based on package weight and destination.
Customs, Duties & Taxes: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier's portal.

Missing, Delayed, or Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you haven't received it, please:

Check with neighbors or around your delivery area.
Allow 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely).
Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.
